Recently, the Commercial Crime Investigation Department (CID) of the Royal Malaysian Police (PDRM) announced that it had detected a fake advertisement on Facebook, which claimed to be able to help recover money that had been defrauded.
For your information, the advertisement also displays the official PDRM logo as well as the words "Royal Malaysia Police, Commercial Crime Investigation Department (CCID). However, the PDRM JSJK denied any connection with the advertisement and insisted that it did not offer such services.
