It seems that the Kayu Nasi Kandar’s Facebook page has recently posted a video that shows the restaurant employing robot servers to serve food to their customers. With that in mind, it minimizes human contact between the customer and the server reducing the risk of infection.
As of now, only the Kayu Nasi Kandar restaurant in Citta Mall is equipped with robot servers. However, we won’t be surprised if the restaurant will start employing robots servers at other branches as well.
