In this pandemic period, looking for a job is a real challenge. But TikTok may actually change the way we find jobs online as the company just announced TikTok Resumes. It is not an official launch globally, though, but as a pilot program to give career opportunities to TikTok users to discover hidden talented candidates.
Currently, TikTok Resumes is available in the US and many companies have teamed up with them. At the moment, the companies mentioned are WWE, Target, Chipotle, Alo Yoga, Shopify, Contra, Movers+Shakers and many others. Believe it or not, you can actually do a video resume and TikTok encourages candidates to be creative and showcase their skills and working experiences with the hashtag #TikTokResumes.

On top of that, TikTok also made an official website www.tiktokresumes.com where participants can join to test out the pilot program. It has job listings, standout TikTok video resumes, TikTok creator profiles and many more. The pilot program will last until 31 July 2021.
