TikTok launches the 'Time and Well-being' feature for better time and rest management

TikTok is introducing a new Time and Well-being section designed to help you relax and build healthier digital habits. So, what should you know about it?

 

Over 120 downloadable motivational cards

For your information, the platform replaces the previous screen time management page and comes with a variety of new, easier-to-use features. The Time and Well-being space offers a journal with over 120 motivational cards that can be downloaded or shared.

Moreover, it provides soothing sounds and breathing exercises to increase self-awareness. In addition, users can watch videos from content creators who share helpful tips for managing screen time limits, adjusting 'For You' settings, and taking advantage of the Family Pairing feature.

 

Over 50 safety settings for teenagers

Meanwhile, TikTok is focusing on teen safety by providing over 50 safety settings that are automatically activated. A meditation feature was also introduced at 10 PM to help teens calm down before bed and is now available to all users.

Additionally, the Time and Well-being space can be accessed through account settings, and it also appears when users reach their daily screen time limit or when Sleep Hours is active. In addition, TikTok is adding ‘Take A Break’ video links and working with experts to educate the community about mental well-being.
