From a wide array of hairstyles, accessories, piercings and makeup, TikTok said that you can open the Avatar section from just the effects section and search for the keyword "Avatar". Once you are done personalising your Avatar, you can begin to record videos and your Avatar will follow your movements.
TikTok Avatar is currently rolling out as a new update globally. On top of that, the TikTok team said they will continue to monitor and collect feedback from the community to improve it further if any. TikTok also mentioned that the team is working closely with its Creator Diversity Collective to make a more inclusive and representative experience for the community.
