A fairer fee for everyone?
For your information, the charges will be increased compared to the current level. With the new commission charge increase, the rate reaches up to 15.66% for TikTok Shop and up to 18.90% for TikTok Shop Mall.
Moreover, this is expected to have an impact on the profit or operation calculations of merchants, especially merchants who sell goods with small profit margins.
Furthermore, TikTok said they will provide some exemptions to sellers who participate in the BXP (Benefit Extra Program), where they will receive additional support, including discounts, vouchers, cashback and access to the platform.
However, those who participate in the BXP program will be charged a service fee of 4.5%. For sellers on TikTok, you can review these new changes and re-strategise in selling goods using the social platform.
