2021 has been a year filled with Marvel movies and TV shows, thanks to Disney+'s strategy to promote the new streaming platform. Although it had attracted Marvel fans to whip out their wallets to pay for the service, there were still some who might be unwilling to do so. Therefore, it leads me to write this article to tell you which Marvel shows are the most pirated this year.
According to data published by TorrentFreak, WandaVision gets the top spot for the most popular TV series among pirates. The show got followed by Loki (#2), The Falcon And The Winter Soldier (#4), Hawkeye (#5), and What If…? (#6). It's worth mentioning that the data is based on BitTorrent downloads for 2021.
However, the ranking doesn't reflect the numbers from illegal streaming websites. It means there might be more people watching the shows through means that Disney+ will not like. Personally, I think it's best to pay for the shows others have worked hard to create, especially Marvel shows because those visual effects do look expensive!
