Today, Touch'n Go eWallet unveiled its first-ever Visa Card. This also marks the first-ever numberless Visa Card for Malaysians but how does it work? Well, read on below to find out.

One of the main reasons why TNG eWallet decided to launch a new Visa Card is to complement and expand the reach of TNG eWallet users where QR payment is not available. Over 80 million Visa are accepted in online and offline so it made sense to offer convenience for Malaysians.

The TNG eWallet Vids Card costs RM 5 but that's the delivery fee so it's basically free. Since the company is also collaborating with United Voice, RM 2 will be donated to United Voice charity for every card purchased. The proceeds will be used by United Voice to run projects to drive new employment opportunities by upskilling, training, and educating people with learning disabilities.

We mentioned before that the TNG eWallet Visa Card is numberless, so therefore, it prevents fraud should it ever be lost or stolen. Upon purchasing, the virtual card will be instantly issued and you are also in total control of your card's security and payment management settings in the app.

It's also worth mentioning that you can also use this TNG eWallet Visa Card internationally and locally to withdraw cash. As long as it's a Visa-enabled ATM and touchpoints. That said, every withdrawal will have a small surcharge (around RM1).

Touch ‘n Go eWallet users can apply for their Visa card through the eWallet app. As aforementioned, they will just need to pay a RM5 delivery fee for the card. For more information and updates, visit www.touchngo.com.my/tng-visa-card and stay tuned for more trending tech news at TechNave.com.
