At the beginning of the month, it was reported that Twitter had rolled out a feature called Twitter Circle for a small number of users for testing. If you're not sure what it is for, it's basically something similar to Close Friends on Instagram by letting you post tweets to a small group of people rather than everyone. Until now, the company is giving it a wide rollout, so you might get to see the feature on the app sooner or later.

Twitter Circle works by adding a number of people that you would like to share your tweets with into a group. If you had a Circle created, you would find it as an option under the 'Choose audience' when composing a tweet. The reason for the social media platform to come up with the feature could be that some users like to create two accounts for different purposes. With Twitter Circle, it eliminates the need for doing so.

Furthermore, the followers added into your Circle would find the tweets you post into it come with a green notice. If you feel like removing some of them, they won't get noticed as well. The feature is not that complicated if you've used the Close Friends on Instagram. One of them is for pictures, but another is for tweets.
