Twitter is rolling out a new feature under the reign of Elon Musk. The CEO tweeted an announcement on the arrival of "a software update that will show your true account status". According to the report, it's said to be a feature that tells you if you're shadowbanned.

In Call of Duty: Warzone, shadowban refers to getting thrown into lobbies with cheaters. Of course, it has a different meaning on Twitter. The source presumes that it'll make your profile harder to locate, and the same goes for your tweets. Twitter basically wants to exclude you if you got this status.

Previously, Instagram had also introduced this feature. The photo-sharing platform lets you know if you've been blocked from recommendations. More related features are also on their way. As for Twitter, we might know more details once it's rolled out.
