Popular social media platform Twitter is rolling out a new feature that will allow users to combine text, photos, videos and GIFs in one tweet. Available on both the iOS and Android versions of the Twitter app, the feature was announced by the platform today via a statement.

Twitter was actually seen testing the feature back in April this year by reverse engineer Alessandro Paluzzi, with the company confirming that the feature was in the works some 3 months later. This change is definitely welcomed, especially among users that want to put multiple media in their tweets.

Previously, you can only attach one single media per tweet, which compared to other social media platforms, is admittedly kinda dull. Now, all you have to do to insert multiple media into one tweet is to tap the photo icon in the tweet composer and add the media of your choice. Afterwards, the media selected will show up side by side or in a grid-like format depending on how many media are present.
