Elon Musk is really pushing for his X brand and here's another change that's coming. X, formerly known as Twitter will soon only have 'dark mode'. Why? Because "it is better in every way," says Musk.

In other words, Twitter users who prefer light mode won't have the option at all in the future. It's unclear when will this happen but regardless, it's on Musk's mind already. 'Dark mode' has been confirmed by the man himself when DogeDesginer made a comparison between a blue and black tick. Currently, Twitter also has a 'Dim' mode which turns the background dark blue but it may also be removed.

In response to Musk's comment, a majority of Twitter/X users have told him that it's a bad idea For example, people with dyslexia or visual impairment would be less accessible. However, there are also a few who likes the idea, such as being more efficient to develop with one theme, as well as minimising eye strain and less energy drain on some display.

In our opinion, nothing should be changed and Elon Musk should just let the users choose between light and dark modes. But then again, Musk would often change his mind so we won't know until it's official.
