Hello Pokémon Go trainers, how's your level going? Although many players have left the game already, but there are still some who are still playing it. Anyway, Pokémon Go developer, Niantic is reportedly bringing some update patches to the game, they will make friendly gym training easier and giving a bonus to catch rare Pokémon easier.

According to a new blog post from them, the new patch will allow the players to train with 6 Pokémon in a friendly gym instead of one. At the same time, Combat Power (CP) of the defending Pokémon will also be changed so that it can "generally match your Pokémon's battle capabilities.". This is a good one as players won't have to spend so much time in increasing the gym's reputation points and healing items, as well as having a better levelling time.

On the other hand, the other upcoming update is having a bonus to catch rare Pokémon easier. How this works is by earning the medals based on catching certain types of Pokémon, for example - Scientist, Fisherman, Bird Keeper and etc which can be seen on your profile page. So let's say you have achieved the Bird Keeper medal, the new update will allow you to have a better chance of capturing flying-type Pokémon, and if the flying-type Pokémon has another type like Pidgey (Flying/Normal), the chances will be calculated into average bonuses for each type.

Not so bad, huh? But honestly, it would be much better if they could just release PvP (player vs player) into the game. Oh well, better than nothing.
