To celebrate the Hari Raya Aidilfitri season, U Mobile has introduced next-gen technologies such as Augmented Reality (AR) and Artificial Intelligence (AI). Moreover, there is also a special brand film, Suaraku, that will premiere soon and an enhanced U Family 128's Buy 1 Free 1 5G phone promotion.
Starting with the AI, U Mobile presents Ai.dil, an AI-generated host who will be featured alongside local celebrities Sherry Alhadad, Dato’ AC Mizal and Nabil Ahmad at Astro’s Hari Raya Eve countdown live concert, Bombastika Raya 2025. Astro Ria viewers may scan the QR code displayed on the screen during Bombastika Raya to chat with Ai.dil via an Instagram Live (IG Live) session, streaming on Astro Gempak and Astro’s official Instagram accounts.
In addition to chatting with Ai.dil, viewers can also play games and participate in giveaways to stand a chance to win the latest 5G phones and appliances from Samsung and Oppo during the IG Live session. On the other hand, U Mobile also has an AR filter on TikTok, which can be accessed on the company's TikTok account via a QR code on the Raya festive packets or through the website here. U Mobile users may redeem two sets of the festive packets through the MyUMobile app and collect them at any U Mobile retail store nationwide, while stocks last.
As for the U Family 128 plan, this new promotion is available to both new and existing subscribers, which includes 4 lines, 1,000GB of shareable 5G data, and free global roaming across 63 destinations. Finally, the film, Suaraku, by U Mobile, is a heartfelt story about a daughter with a hearing impairment who uses AI text-to-video technology to bridge the gap with her father.
