Today, U Mobile launches its first ever 10Gbps fibre internet plan for businesses in Malaysia. Dubbed the U Biz Fibre 10Gbps, the plan is priced at RM1899 monthly and allows businesses 10x the speed of standard business fibre plans, which range from 100Mbps to 2Gbps.
Designed for businesses handling data-intensive tasks or for supporting technologies like AI and immersive, high-definition media, Navin Manian, Chief Marketing Officer of U Mobile is confident that the plan can support multiple high-demand applications simultaneously and ensure smooth operations. Additionally, the plan includes Secure DNS (Domain Name System) built into the service for free.
On top of complimentary Secure DNS, U Biz Fibre 10Gbps also offers businesses one fixed public IP address (for single servers) for free. Businesses that have multiple servers can get up to five fixed IP addresses for an additional RM300 monthly (RRP RM500 monthly). Speaking of that, other U Biz Fibre plans are having a promo deal right now, starting at RM79 monthly.
U Mobile's first U Biz Fibre 100Mbps plan was first launched in July 2023, alongside 500Mbps and 1Gbps plans. All U Biz Fibre plans come with a 24-month contract and are currently available at Berjaya Times Square and Pavilion Damansara Heights, with Lalaport Bukit Bintang City Centre, KL Eco City and Mid Valley Megamall in the pipeline. For U Biz Fibre 100Mbps, 500Mbps, and 1Gbps plans, businesses based in Berjaya Times Square will enjoy a free subscription for 12 months, while businesses based in Pavilion Damansara Heights will enjoy a free subscription for 6 months.
