TM said this is due to a cut cable, which has led to problems and disruptions to internet connections in Kedah and Perlis as well. According to the target, TM aims to have this problem resolved by 6 PM today. To recap, some areas in Kedah, Perlis, Sabah and Johor also faced the same problem, and due to the same cause, namely a cut cable. Thankfully, the issues in the aforementioned area have been resolved.
