The pandemic this year has not only affected our daily lives, but also the country's economy. In hopes of improving the economy and our livelihood, Unifi have proposed and introduced uBC (unifi Business Club) as a new way to help small and medium enterprises (SMEs and SME) during these trying times.

During the special Coffee & Connect event, Head of SME Segment of Unifi Azmi Abdullah stated that the uBC platform can help SME groups to highlight their potential. For example, SMEs who are growing their businesses will be offered soon-to-be-launched free advertising on unifi TV in October and free business listing platform; cari@unifi. Furthermore, unifi has also been conducting free webinar and speaker series designed to educate businesses on a range of topics such as digital marketing, branding, and resource management, led by industry experts.

uBC members are also entitled to Premium Support via unifi Riders to minimise any downtime caused by connectivity issues. Financial assistance is also provided for SMEs and SME groups, as they can seek Unifi's banking partners, SME Bank and RHB Bank. Unifi's digital marketing tools are available through their partnerships with companies listed under MDEC’s (Malaysia Digital Economy Corporation’s) Digitalisation Grant, such as Enginemailer, an email marketing software.

Finally, uBC members can also bundle unifi’s Value Added Services (VAS) with their connectivity plans at discounted rates. This includes mobile and voice plans, CCTV (closed-circuit television) system and Digital Marketing Solutions platform among others.
