Unnamed vivo smartphone appears on Geekbench, believed to be global variant of Z6 5G

vivo.jpgAs many of you are aware, not all smartphone models are sold in every country. This is true for vivo, which has been rather selective of what models it launches globally. The brand launched its vivo Z6 5G back in February and didn't announce any global launches at the time, but a newly found Geekbench score seems to suggest that a global launch could come soon.

According to a new benchmark result found on Geekbench, there is now an unnamed vivo smartphone that's believed to be the vivo Z6 5G. This vivo V2012A device comes with a Qualcomm chipset that runs on 1.8GHz and its CPU identifier corresponds to the Snapdragon 765 5G chipset - the same chipset that is equipped on the Z6 5G. Additionally, it has 8GB of RAM and runs on Android 10.

If this is indeed the vivo Z6 5G, then we can assume most of its other specs will also align. This includes the 128GB of internal storage, large 5000mAh battery, 44W fast-charging support, and 6.57-inch FHD+ display. We can also expect it to sport a rear quad-camera setup, which consists of a 48MP main camera, 8MP ultrawide lens, 2MP macro lens, and 2MP depth sensor. It should also have a 16MP punch-hole front camera for selfies.

Considering that vivo hasn't launch any Z-series devices in Malaysia before, it's hard to say if they'll do it this time. Regardless, will you still consider getting the vivo Z6 5G if it launches here? Let us know on our Facebook page and stay tuned to TechNave.com for more updates on this.
