Based on a statement by @UniverseIce on the user’s Twitter account, it seems that the upcoming Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra, which is due to be unveiled somewhere around the end of this year or early next year, will most likely feature minor improvements compared to the Galaxy S20 Ultra. While not much is known in regards to the exact release date, the user’s tweet gives us a better idea on what to expect when the Galaxy S21 Ultra is officially available for purchase in Malaysia.
To go into more detail in regards to the improvements, it seems that the Galaxy S21 Ultra will come equipped with the HM3 108MP image sensor, laser autofocus, and no Time-of-Flight sensor. However, do take some of the information with a grain of salt, due to the fact that Samsung has yet to provide an official statement on the leak.
Galaxy S21 Ultra is a small improved version of S20 Ultra. Using HM3 sensor, single pixel is still 0.8um, 108MP, laser focus, no ToF.
