Based on a statement by bgr.com, it seems that Apple might be working on a foldable iPhone that’s equipped with a self-healing foldable display. While there’s no news on when the smartphone will be available for purchase, we do know that it will most likely have a form-factor similar to the Galaxy Fold 2 or Mate X.

Unfortunately, there’s no documentation on how the self-healing display will function but there were hints that it can be initiated by applying either heat, light, or even electric current. With that said, do take some of the information with a grain of salt, due to the fact that Apple has yet to provide an official statement on the leaked info.

Not only that, but there’s also no news on the Malaysia release date, local pricing, as well as exact tech specs for foldable iPhone. What are your thoughts on a smartphone with a self-healing display? Let us know on our Facebook page and for more updates like this, stay tuned to TechNave.com.
