Update: As of 7PM, Maybank has updated that all of the services are back to normal
If you are wondering why you can't access your MAE and M2U MY app, you're not alone. At the time of posting, it seems that the services on the apps are down for at least two hours and counting.
Maybank just confirmed that the MAE and M2U MY apps are experiencing "intermittent slowness". From our experience, it was difficult to make an online payment as well as login into your account. Even if you did log in, your account information won't be available and so as your MAE app ewallet being "empty". Moreover, the company has also confirmed that the Maybank2u website, debit card usage and FPX (Financial Process Exchange) payment is temporarily unavailable.
