(Updated) RFID lanes & TnG eWallet facing technical issues until further notice

Just this morning, it has been reported that all the RFID lanes are temporarily closed at Pantai Toll Plaza & Bukit Kiara Toll Plaza (both ways) due to technical issues. As such, drivers on the highway have been told to use the Touch 'n Go lane for the time being.

However, it seems that the TnG eWallet is down as well. While not every user is affected, some are logged out for some reason and couldn't log back in due to the high traffic of users. With this, users are advised to use their TnG card and we hope that you all have sufficient balance before heading out.

Meanwhile, the TnG eWallet team issued a notice that there was a technical issue regarding the matter. They also stated that drivers can still pay for the tolls and parking via PayDirect and RFID. (New update) As of 3.30 PM, the TnG eWallet and its services are now back online and you can check with yours if it's alright.

We also heard that dues to the RFID lane issues, a long queue is causing a massive jam nearby the aforementioned tolls. We hope everyone is safe out there and we will keep an eye on this to update this page again.
