Update - The PSN is now back online
Once in a while, the PlayStation Network would go offline and it just happened this morning. Not only is it affecting the Malaysia region but pretty much worldwide. The company's PlayStation Network team is currently working to resolve the issue as we speak.
When entering the PlayStation Network status webpage here, it is not mentioned what is causing the disconnection but there are other details that you should know. Apparently, the PS Vita, PS3, PS4 and PS5 are all affected. For the time being, nobody can sign in, create a new account or edit account details.
With that said, nobody can enter the PlayStation Store as well since the network is down. So that also means nobody can purchase, download, browse or search a game there, as well as redeeming vouchers. We do not know when will Sony resolve this issue but we will be keeping an eye on this and update this page again.
