ViewSonic has launched two new projectors that suit the scenes in either corporate office or classroom. The LS500WHE and LS550WHE are the latest 3rd Generation LED projectors that arrived with high brightness at 3,000 ANSI Lumens and an energy-efficient design.
The projectors are free from the lamp, mercury, and maintenance, which the company advertises as 'three Frees'. Compared to conventional lamp-based projectors, lamp-free projectors reduce power usage by about 50%. Furthermore, lamp replacement is not necessary due to the 30,000-hour lifetime. Meanwhile, the LED light source is mercury-free, which reduces the disposal of dangerous compounds that damage the environment and persons. Since it mentioned that lamp replacement is not necessary, it refers to maintenance-free as well.
Besides that, the projectors offer the anti-dust IP5X as a cutting-edge sealed optical engine that eliminates dust and maintains the highest image quality. The LS500WHE also provides a 360-degree tilt angle projection to support creative applications such as ceiling and floor projections. On the other hand, the LS550WHE is a short-throw projector with a 0.49 short-throw lens that is ideal for a smaller space that features a horizontal and Vertical Keystone correction along with four corner adjustments to eliminate crooked or distorted images.
