
Do you like VR and filming documentary? Here’s some good news for you, coming this Saturday (22/7/17) at the Content Malaysia Pitching Centre (CMPC), there will be a special workshop called Crossing Borders and it’s free for everyone who’s interested.
The workshop will explore what is being hailed as the new mass media of our times. VR experts Lionel Chok (Creative Technologist, iMMERSIVELY, Singapore/Malaysia); Cornel Hillmann (CG artist/VR developer/Entrepreneur; CGARTIST, Singapore); Bryan Seah (Head of Original Content, Southeast Asia; Discovery Networks Asia-Pacific, Singapore) will be present to give tips on various topics, such as the process of 360 productions, the gear and software required, how can this technology be applied and how to create an immersive storytelling through VR.

Attendees will also be given insights into exciting new VR projects, VR trends, the success and drawbacks of VR, how can filmmakers use their creativity with VR and much more.
