We have talked about the Vivo NEX 3 before about its new Waterfall and 5G capability, now the company is coming out with even more information as well as rumours. According to Vivo Product Manager, Li Xiang (Lance, again), the new device will be launched in China during September.

Again, the announcement was made on Weibo saying “Here it comes! #5G Vivo NEX 3 releasing in September!” without any specific date, but there are some interesting details on that can be found there. According to the text, the NEX 3 will have a 99.6% screen-to-body ratio thanks to the Waterfall display design. We can also confirm that it will carry a Qualcomm Snapdragon 855+ chipset and a 64MP main sensor as one of the triple rear camera module.

With the given screen-to-body ratio, it's safe to say that there won't be any front camera notch nor cutout, so that means that the NEX 3 should have a pop-up camera but rumours say otherwise as it could have an in-display camera feature. Besides that, it's also said that there will be a 44W fast charging support and a 3.5mm headphone jack.

Are you looking forward to the NEX 3? There is still some time left for the launch so stay tuned for more Vivo news at TechNave.com.
