While gaming smartphones are becoming a norm, Vivo still hasn't really thought of bringing it into the Malaysia market for some reason. There's already the Vivo iQOO and iQOO Neo, so eventually, it was only natural that the iQOO Pro version will happen as confirmed by the company.
The iQOO Pro did sort of appear before and it was speculated that it was disguised as the iQOO 5G during the MWC Shanghai. Anyway, this other gaming smartphone contender is set to launch on August 2019 and design-wise, it looks more or less the same as the standard iQOO. So far, they have only shown the back of the phone without much clarity. But at least we know there's a triple rear camera after increasing the gamma bright on the image.

Besides that, the previous leak of the iQOO Pro is expected to feature the latest Qualcomm Snapdragon 855+ chipset, 5G connectivity, 8GB + 128GB memory capacity, and 4500mAh battery with 44W fast charging technology. The leaked price is 4498 Yuan which is roughly around ~RM2696.
As aforementioned, it's hard to say if the iQOO Pro or any of the iQOO series for that matter will come into Malaysia or not. Guess we will just have to wait and see. But do you want it? Let us know in the comments below and stay tuned for more Vivo news at TechNave.com.
