The WatchOS 11 also provides a more accurate insight into your health and is able to provide context. For example, elevation changes, alcohol consumption and even illness.

Moreover, this update is great for pregnancy as it allows you to determine your gestational age and high heart rate threshold, They can also choose to take mental health tests to determine the risk of conditions like depression during or after pregnancy. This update can also assess the risk of walking steadiness. Commonly, the risk of falling during the third trimester of pregnancy rises sharply. So, that should be a great addition.

As you can expect, the WatchOS 11 helps in managing your Training Load so you won’t overwork yourself. This feature will help you understand the strain on their body from workouts over the last seven days compared to the last 28 days.
