After months of testing, the web version of Apple Music has finally exited its beta phase. Now, even those who don't have Apple devices can access the service through a web browser by visiting music.apple.com. The service will be available on Windows 10, Linux, and Chrome OS.

To sign in to Apple Music, you will need to sign in with an Apple ID. Upon login, you'll be able to access your subscriptions, library, and playlist via a web browser. If you're unfamiliar with the new web version, music plays right through your web browser when you click on it. As expected, multimedia playback controls will work as well. We tested the service on a Windows 10 PC with the Google Chrome browser, so any Chromium-based browser should work with no issues.

You can sign up here for a free three-month trial premium membership, which is divided into the Student (RM6.90/month), Individual (RM14.90/month), and Family (RM22.90/month) categories. The Family membership lets up to six Apple IDs access the service, so that's a better deal if you plan to share your account. Of course, you could use the service for free but it'll come with ads and certain limitations.

With that said, have you ever tried the web version of Apple Music before? Let us know what you think of it, and stay tuned to TechNave.com for more news like this.
