For your information, Strict Account Settings will block file or media attachments sent by individuals who are not on the user's address list. This will prevent more sophisticated cyber attacks, such as the installation of malicious applications hidden in files like these.
These more restrictive account settings features will be rolled out in stages over the coming weeks. They can be accessed via Settings > Privacy > Advanced .
