A subscription plan for WhatsApp users? That doesn't sound like a good idea but thankfully, it's a feature offered to business accounts. It's not available right now, as it is now under development by the WhatsApp team so here's what we know about it so far.
According to the ever-reliable WABetaInfo.com, the subscription plan for WhatsApp Business will have additional features. One of the features includes an additional linked device pairing up to 10 in total. However, WhatsApp Business users can choose not to opt for this if they feel having the standard four linked devices is enough.
Besides that, this is what WABetaInfo has found out so far and no other features have been discovered yet. On the other hand, it's also unknown if the subscription fee would be a monthly or yearly plan. Standard WhatsApp accounts won't also have this special treatment.
