After WhatsApp has implemented its new privacy policy and requested the users to accept it, it has gotten international backlash. Although the company has stepped back without deactivating users' accounts, there are still some consequences the users will face by not accepting the new policy.

According to the new FAQ page, if users are still yet to accept the new policy, WhatsApp will have persistent reminders for a short period of time and users won’t be able to access into their chat lists but still be able to receive incoming voice and video calls over it. But if users still refuse, then WhatsApp will stop sending messages and calls to your phone until you accept it.
