In addition, Digi is now introducing their MyDigi 3.0 app which simplifies the look of the app as well as providing an extra layer of protection by requiring them to utilize a one-time password along with their mobile number for authentication purposes. Digi has also streamlined many of the existing features found on the MyDigi app as well as incorporating new features to provide peace of mind to the users.
These features include functionality such as instant bill payments by using either credit or debit card, which can then be saved for faster and more efficient payments. If you top-up your prepaid number through it you can also get an additional free 10% of the total top-up while data roaming add-ons are as easy to activate as a tap of a button.
While you can track your own 'Usage' with the MyDigi app, you can also track and manage other mobile numbers registered under your name as well, such as your children, family members and so on. Last but not least, Digi also made it easier for you to help your friends and family members top-up or even pay their bills on their behalf through the ‘My Favourites’ section.

Aside from the many new features that it has to offer, the app also comes with the Box of Surprise rewards system which carefully analyzes your usage and rewards you with relevant offers and gifts from Digi, as well as more than 500 brands and merchants across Malaysia. These tailor-made deals include exclusive rewards, birthday month specials and also discounts on smartphone purchases. Your chances of obtaining these deals increases as you move up the membership tier from Yellow, all the way to Platinum.
