Wi-Fi 7 with speeds up to 30Gbps is currently in development

Based on a statement by cnet.com, the development of the new Wi-Fi 7 standard is currently underway which promises up to 30Gbps in speeds over Wi-Fi connection. Not only will it be significantly faster compared to today’s standards, but it will also be broadcasted over 6GHz frequency which was first introduced in Wi-Fi 6.

The benefit of the 6GHz frequency is that not only is it more stable, but it also has a higher bandwidth which allows for higher download and upload speeds. With all that said, we might not see any Wi-Fi 7 implementation until around the year 2024. What do you think of Wi-Fi 7 so far?
