Apart from being a super music star, philanthropist and part of the Intel board of directors, Will.i.am is also a gadget head, and his latest device being released on the market is called the Dial, a stand-alone Android-powered smartwatch which is now available for pre-order in the UK for GBP24 (~RM137) a month.

The Dial is a smartwatch that does not need a smartphone to be tethered to it to function as it comes with full Android, 4G SIM support, built-in battery and storage (32GB) and even comes with its own voice assistant service called AneedA. It also has a 1.63-inch screen, a 2MP front-facing camera and will come with a Bluetooth headset.

Unfortunately if you want to get one for yourself, you have to get a flight to the UK as it is only available with the telco Three there, and the monthly commitment starts from GBP 24 (~RM137). With that commitment however you get unlimited music streaming with the Dial. Is this the Dick Tracy watch that everybody has been waiting for? You decide.
