If you're still using Windows 10, well, you ought to treasure it because Microsoft just announced the end of its support for it. Today, the company announced that Windows will no longer receive updates on 14 October 2025. This includes Windows 10 Home and Pro versions.

Currently, Windows 10 22H2 version is the final version of it. Microsoft also said, "All editions will remain in support with monthly security update releases through that date". Moreover, existing LTSC releases will continue to get updates after the aforementioned date, but based on their specific lifecycles.

Windows 10 began in 2015 and it has been positively well received by the public and tech enthusiasts if compared to Windows 8 (Windows 9 name got skipped). Currently, Windows 11 is the latest version and can be downloaded for free if your PC specs meet the requirements. However, a few have criticised Windows 11 for a few bugs.
