Works Minister Datuk Seri Alexander Nanta Linggi has announced that his ministry has launched the MYJalan app, a one-stop centre for the public to report road issues. Up and running since last week, the app is part of the MYJalan campaign that Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim will launch tomorrow.

As reported by Bernama, Nanta said that the MYJalan app accepts all types of complaints, even for roads not maintained by the Public Works Ministry. The app is available for download on both the Google Play Store and Apple App Store under the name “MyJalan KKR”.

In order to lodge a report, you must first register as a user and select the location of the road in which the issue was found. Among the issues that you can report include potholes, broken traffic lights, broken street lights, broken signboards, public facilities, landslides and more.

After selecting what type of issue you’re reporting, you can add a description and attach a photo of the problem. Click next and then the app will submit the report to the Works Ministry for further action.
