With the under display fingerprint sensor provided by Synaptics, the technology uses a photoelectric reflection where the RGB pixel is adapted on the OLED display, which emits light and penetrates the outer glass to reach your finger. Aside from being able to unlock the phone in just less than a second, it can be made to make payments through AliPay and WeChat.

Moreover, there are a bunch of software technologies inside too. There's a vivo Game Engine for gaming, an ES9318 DAC chipset for the music lovers, and a vivo Image Cube that processes photos. There's nothing much said about the Face Wake, though, but we assume it's just another fancy name for Face Unlock.

Would you like this phone to come into Malaysia? In China, it's priced at 3598 Yuan which is around ~RM2211. Let us know in the comments below and stay tuned for more vivo news at TechNave.com.
