Last month, Xiaomi launched the Xiaomi 12 and Xiaomi 12 Pro in Malaysia. These two models are impressive smartphones in their own right, but there's also an Ultra variant waiting in the wings. Now, sources claim that this Xiaomi 12 Ultra would have special variants.
According to Digital Chat Station (via ITHome), the Xiaomi 12 Ultra will come in ceramic, glass, and leather variants. The ceramic ones would be in white or black colours, while the glass ones would feature other colours. There's no info on the leather one, but we're expecting it to feature bright colours like yellow.
In terms of specs, the Xiaomi 12 Ultra should come with the more powerful Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 Plus chipset. Allegedly, it would also pack a 200MP ISOCELL HP1 sensor as the main camera. Also, the rear camera module will feature an 'oreo' design. As for the launch window, the source claimed that Xiaomi would unveil the phone in June 2022.
