It wasn't that long ago when Xiaomi teased the Xiaomi 14 series equipping the Leica Summilux lens. Well, the company just set the launching date. The Xiaomi 14 series is set for 26 October 2023 and the livestream will begin at 7 PM (China time zone).
On Xiaomi's official Weibo account, we can expect some impressive features on the Xiaomi 14 series which is said to be a leap forward upgrade compared to the Xiaomi 13 series. Besides that, the company will definitely show off its latest HyperOS. The new ecosystem mentioned a "whole ecology of people and cars" so we may hear something about the much-speculated Xiaomi electric vehicle.
According to Xiaomi, the Leica Summilux is claimed to be the best lens in the world for the mobile industry. The Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset should make an appearance as well, as it has become a tradition for Xiaomi to release a brand new flagship with the latest Snapdragon unit. A new Xiaomi smartwatch should also be released.
