Nowadays, there are a few options for people who want high-end camera smartphones. Among them is the Xiaomi 14 Ultra from earlier this year. Although it hasn't been a year, Xiaomi has already lined up an improved model.
According to Smartprix (via Android Authority), the Xiaomi 15 Ultra will feature an upgraded Sony LYT-900 sensor. It's expected to deliver greater low-light performance, which the Xiaomi 14 Ultra is already known for. More importantly, the new sensor will support 4K cinematic video mode. For reference, the Xiaomi 14 Ultra could only capture cinematic videos in 1080p.
Besides the main camera sensor, the Xiaomi 15 Ultra will have a new 200MP telephoto sensor and a 50MP selfie camera. In addition, the phone will feature the Snapdragon 8 Gen 4, a larger battery, and a variant with a ceramic finish. On the software side, the Xiaomi 15 Ultra's camera app will get a new 10x zoom button.
Overall, the Xiaomi 15 Ultra should offer notable upgrades over its predecessor. Would you be interested in getting one when it arrives here? Let us know in the comments and stay tuned to TechNave for more news like this.
