According to GizmoChina, reliable tipster Digital Chat Station claimed that the Xiaomi 16 Pro Mini could sport a new design with large, rounded corners, ultra-narrow bezels and more specs. So, what should you know about it?
What the leak says
For your information, the camera's primary lens could run a large camera sensor. It might also feature a periscope camera. Unfortunately, the tipster did not reveal the exact camera sensors or megapixel count.
Moreover, the Xiaomi 16 Pro Mini could run an ultrasonic in-screen fingerprint sensor and a solid waterproofing feature. Under the hood, the device might sport a 6300mAh battery with support for wireless charging.
As of now, the Dimensity 9300 Plus-powered Vivo S30 Pro Mini, with its 6.31-inch screen and 6500mAh battery, houses the largest battery on a compact phone.
Interestingly, the Xiaomi 16 Pro Mini’s battery is still larger than that of the OnePlus 13s, which packs a 6260mAh unit. DCS also mentioned that compact flagship phones might run up to 7000mAh batteries in the future.
