Xiaomi’s gaming-focused subbrand, Black Shark has released a new smartwatch, the Black Shark S1. Featuring some competitive specs, a minimalist design and an affordable price tag, read on to find out more about the wearable.
First up, the S1 features a round 1.43-inch AMOLED display with a resolution of 466 x 466 pixels, 60Hz refresh rate and up to 600 nits brightness. It also supports Always on Display and up to 100 watch faces.
Like other smartwatches, the S1 supports health-related features such as over 100 sports modes, GPS tracking, periodic exercise reports, SpO2 levels tracking, sleep tracking and more. There are also basic features such as a calculator, camera control, stopwatch, message notifications and others.
Besides that, the smartwatch also has Bluetooth calling support, with the company implementing an ENC algorithm and a signal-processing microphone on the wearable. With these, it is claimed that users can get a clear calling experience on the S1.
