Yesterday night was a big night for Xiaomi, as it closed the year with a range of new products. Besides launching the Xiaomi 12 series flagship smartphones, the company also launched a new pair of true wireless stereo earphones. Let's take a look at what the Xiaomi Buds 3 offers.

For your info, the Xiaomi Buds 3 (or Buds 3) is a regular version of the Xiaomi Buds 3 Pro that was launched in September. It has mostly the same features like active noise cancellation (ANC) of up to 40 decibels, an LHDC 4.0 codec for Hi-Fi audio, and IP55 water resistance. However, it does have a longer battery life of up to 32-hours (charging case included).

The Xiaomi TWS 3 also supports touch controls, so you can switch tracks and control the volume on the fly. You can also connect it to two devices at the same time. This means you should be able to seamlessly transition from (for example) your smartphone to your tablet.

As for the price, the Xiaomi Buds 3 will retail for 499 yuan (~RM327). Its Pro counterpart was not launched in Malaysia, but we think that this variant could make its way here. Let us know if you plan to get it, and stay tuned to TechNave for updates about it.
