Besides launching the 14T Series and MIX Flip, Xiaomi also launched several new products in Malaysia today. These include its all-new earbuds, the Xiaomi Buds 5.
A high-end TWS with a small and exquisite shape, Xiaomi touted the Buds 5 as being comfortable to wear and offering a new experience of high-quality sound. Furthermore, the Buds 5 features full-link true lossless audio at 44.1k/16bit, Harman AudioEFX collaborative tuning and high-quality audio endorsement.
Besides that, the internal and external dual magnetic units with black polymer coating were customised by Xiaomi, while its 5 sets of EQ curve presets allow users to freely adjust their personalised listening styles. Other notable specs include spatial audio, semi-in-ear intelligent active noise reduction, intelligent anti-wind noise algorithm combined with anti-wind noise structure, Bluetooth 5.4, dual-device connect and Google Fast Pair.
Battery-wise, it has a 35mAh cell in each earbud, while the case has a 480mAh battery, which Xiaomi touted to provide up to 39 hours of battery life overall. In Malaysia, the Buds 5 is offered in Graphite Black, Ceramic White and Titan Gray, with the price being RM459, but you can get a special early buds price of RM379 if you purchase it now.
