Right after Samsung was done showcasing their foldable phones, Xiaomi came in the next night with several products. One of them was none other than the much-teased Xiaomi MIX Fold 2 and here's everything you need to know.

Compared with the predecessor, the MIX Fold 2 is very much a camera-centric foldable device and since Xiaomi is partners with Leica, the company didn't hold back. The triple rear camera consists of a 50MP primary camera that uses an IMX766 sensor, accompanied by a 13MP ultrawide and 8MP telephoto lens. With Leica technology onboard, you can make use of some photography styles and filters. It even has an 8K Dolby Vision HDR recording Leica Filter.

In terms of design, the MIX Fold 2 is quite similar to the Galaxy Fold series, sporting a 6.56-inch outer display with a 21:9 aspect ratio whereas the inner display is 8.02-inches with LTPO 2.0. You can also expect a 120Hz refresh rate and Dolby Vision on both displays, and while it looks fragile, the outer display sports a Corning Gorilla Glass Victus.

Inside the hood, another powerhouse feature is the Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 chipset. The battery pack is a respectable 4500mAh and supports a 67W turbo charging technology. Since it's a foldable device, the OS is an MIUI Fold 13 based on Android 12 out of the box.
