Just a few hours ago, Xiaomi Malaysia just confirmed that the anticipated Xiaomi Mi 11 will be launching in Malaysia soon. It was a short teaser post on their Facebook page and the only thing they said was about Android 11. That's not much information, but here's a recap of what you should know about the phone and price.
Just to recap the tech specs, the Mi 11 was the first Android phone to feature the Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 chipset. There are also three memory variants - an 8GB + 128GB, 8GB + 256GB, and 12GB + 256GB, which Xiaomi Malaysia might just bring one of them here. Its 6.81-inch QHD AMOLED display can support up to 120Hz refresh rate, plus the battery pack is 4600mAh supporting 55W wired fast charging, 50W wireless fast charging, and 10W reverse wireless charging.

In terms of camera, it uses a triple rear camera consisting of a 108MP (main) + 13MP (ultrawide) + 5MP (macro), whereas the front is 20MP. So far the pro variant has yet to be released so we doubt that it will appear here. Rumours have it that the Mi 11 Pro could feature a 120x zoom and up to 80W wireless fast charging.
For price reference, the Mi 11 could start from ~RM2477 in Malaysia. Xiaomi phones have a solid reputation of being valued for money so we can't wait to see the price announcement. Are you excited? Let us know in the comments below and stay tuned for our official news coverage at TechNave.com.
