Xiaomi Mi 6X is using a Qualcomm Snapdragon chipset after all

In this short announcement, someone just couldn't wait any longer and leaked some Xiaomi Mi 6X tech-specs online from the box and confirms that it will have a Qualcomm Snapdragon 660 AIE processor instead of MediaTek's Helio P60 after all.

Besides that, there are other two things that are confirmed on the box too, which are the camera sensors. For the front camera, it will be using a 20MP and this goes the same to one of the dual rear cameras, with the mysterious secondary camera. We are guessing the secondary camera is either an 8MP or 12MP since that's that popular figure or even 20MP for all we know. Also, in case you're wondering, the AIE remark is referring to its AI capabilities mainly for the camera and other functionalities such as user interface.

On the other hand, other rumoured specs suggest the Mi 6X will have a memory RAM up to 6GB, 128GB internal storage, a 5.99-inch FHD+ display, 2910mAh battery juice and will probably use Android 8.1 Oreo. There will be five different colour models as well.

We are just two days away from the official launch, so stay tuned for more Xiaomi news at TechNave.com.
