Earlier today, Xiaomi had an in-store launch for the Xiaomi Mi 8 smartphone which is priced at RM1899 for the 6GB RAM and 128GB internal storage while the 6GB RAM 64GB internal storage is available for RM1599. There were also an in-store promo where the first few customers who bought the Xiaomi Mi 8 smartphone were also eligible for a free Xiaomi Smartwatch. As expected, there were a number of customers that were lining up early to get their hands on the device as well as the gift mentioned.
As for the tech specs of the Xiaomi Mi 8 is running of the Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 chipset, 6GB of RAM, up to 128GB of internal storage for the Malaysian variants, 12MP + 12MP dual camera setup in the rear, 20MP front facing selfie camera, 6.21-inch display with a screen resolution of 1080 x 2248 pixels and it is powered by a 3400mAh non-removable battery.
