We are just two days away from the Xiaomi Mi Max 3. Usually, we would tell you these are from concept render images or mockups by people who have nothing to do, but these are legit ones because it was personally shared by Xiaomi President Lin Bin on Xiaomi's Weibo thread online.
As you can see from the cover image, there will be three colour models in Black, Blue and Gold. Not only that, he also confirmed that the Mi Max 3 will indeed feature a 6.9-inch display in Full HD+ with an 18:9 aspect ratio. While he didn't specify the rest of the specifications, he assured the fans that the phone does have a "super battery life" and this is tallying well with the 5500mAh battery rumour.
Moreover, the dual rear camera (12MP + 5MP) and a fingerprint sensor can be seen behind the phone which is expected. While reports are saying that it will have mid-range tier specs, the processor was hinted to be a new Qualcomm Snapdragon 710 instead of a 636 unit and we hope that's true. But then again, Xiaomi could release two variants based on that so maybe it's the case of having a 4GB + 64GB and a 6GB + 128GB model.
What do you think of the official phone renders? They look quite good to us especially the display. Stay tuned as we will be keeping an eye on this at TechNave.com.
